Individually customised mentoring for managers, supervisors or HR practitioners in any aspect of people management. This includes recruiting, developing, and managing people to get the best results.

Mentoring programs typically involve hourly sessions each week over a defined period. Mentoring can be provided for 4 to 12 weeks, but this period may be varied to suit individual needs. Mentoring services can be delivered remotely via video link or telephone call.
