Grant Doyle, Principal Consultant

Grant has worked as a senior executive in HR and corporate services roles in several government agencies, where he implemented significant changes to their people management practices, workplace cultures, and organisational structures. He has also worked for international and national HR consulting firms. 

Since starting this business in 2010, he has provided a wide range of HR consulting services, mainly to federal, state and local government agencies. These services have included:

  • developing and implementing HR strategies, plans, policies, and programs

  • assessing and developing the capabilities of the most senior executives in the NSW public sector (as a consultant in the talent management team at Hudson Global Resources)

  • managing workplace change projects

  • developing and embedding capability frameworks in people management practices

  • training hiring managers and recruiters in assessing talent and selecting the best people

  • designing and facilitating assessment centres for recruitment and development purposes

  • developing and implementing performance development systems and procedures

  • coaching and training leaders in dealing effectively with unsatisfactory performance and misconduct.

He has delivered consulting services to Service NSW, Cancer Australia, City of Canterbury-Bankstown, NSW Department of Planning & Environment, IHACPA, Transport for NSW and many other government agencies.

Grant completed his undergraduate education at the University of Sydney, where he focused on people and culture (anthropology, political economy and psychology). He has since completed post-graduate courses in strategic HR management, leadership and business management at graduate management schools.

He is a certified HR professional and is accredited in change management and capability assessment methodologies.

Anita Alexander, Senior Consultant

Anita is a registered psychologist with extensive experience as a coach, counsellor and consultant.

She initially worked as a psychologist in the management of substance abuse disorders and other mental health issues.

Anita subsequently qualified in coaching psychology and worked with senior executives to identify and develop their strengths.  She has assessed and developed the capabilities of senior executives in the public and private sectors, including many blue-chip companies. Anita is accredited in the Clifton Strength Finder system, which enables a strengths-based approach to professional development.

Most recently, Anita has managed support services for managers in public sector agencies and has trained them in dealing with difficult personalities at work.  

Anita also manages her own coaching and counselling practice.

Tracy-Ann Gordon, Senior Consultant

Tracy-Ann has extensive experience in all aspects of recruitment and is also qualified and accredited as a management coach.

She has worked as a recruitment manager and consultant in federal and state government agencies as well as private recruitment agencies.  In these roles, she has managed the end-to-end recruitment processes for entry-level to senior executive roles across many industries.

In recent years, Tracy-Ann has focused on the design and delivery of assessment centres for clients in the public and private sectors.  This has included designing and facilitating many assessment centres for Service NSW to select and recruit the best personnel for its service centres.

Tracy-Ann holds degrees in both human resource management and communications.
