We provide HR training, mentoring and troubleshooting services to help public sector agencies to manage their people in the most effective way.
Training
Facilitator-led virtual training for small groups of 6 to 8 participants. Training is currently available in the following areas:
Assessing talent (for recruitment or development purposes)
Developing employee capabilities
Managing unsatisfactory performance
Managing change in the workplace
Investigating misconduct.
Training in other aspects of people management can be developed and delivered on request.
Mentoring
Individually customised mentoring for managers, supervisors or HR practitioners in any aspect of people management. This includes recruiting, developing, and managing people to get the best results.
Mentoring programs typically involve hourly sessions each week over a defined period. Mentoring can be provided for 4 to 12 weeks, but this period may be varied to suit individual needs.
Troubleshooting
Bespoke advice for managers, supervisors and HR practitioners on how to case manage sensitive and/or complex workplace issues.
This includes cases involving unsatisfactory performance, misconduct, interpersonal conflict, health issues, or other difficult-to-handle management issues.
